Office Assistant / Front Desk
Job Responsibilities:
-
Basic front desk duties such as, greeting customers and directing them where to go, answering phones calls, incoming and outgoing mail, taking down messages, etc.

Input weekly sales orders, new jobs, PO's, Bills and filing.

Keeping the office tidy and well stocked with office supplies etc.

New hires, employee paperwork and packets.
-
Client relations - maintain positive/supportive relationships with all existing and prospective clients.

Microsoft Office knowledge.
