 Office Assistant / Front Desk

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Basic front desk duties such as, greeting customers and directing them where to go, answering phones calls, incoming and outgoing mail, taking down messages, etc.

  • Input weekly sales orders, new jobs, PO's, Bills and filing. 

  • Keeping the office tidy and well stocked with office supplies etc.

  • New hires, employee paperwork and packets.

  • Client relations - maintain positive/supportive relationships with all existing and prospective clients.

  • Microsoft Office knowledge.
